What do I need to get started?+
A Samsung, LG or Android TV and your own media source: an M3U playlist or an Xtream-compatible server. ByteIP is a media player. The app ships with no sources and no content — you supply your own.
Which TVs does it work on?+
Samsung Smart TVs from 2021 and newer, LG smart TVs with webOS, and Android TV (Android 6 or newer).
Is it a subscription?+
No. A year does not renew by itself, and lifetime is a single payment. You decide if and when to pay again.
How many TVs can I use?+
Up to 5 TVs on one account. Replacing a TV does not cost anything extra.
What if it does not work for me?+
Try it free for 5 days first. If you have paid and change your mind, write to support@byteip.se within 14 days and you get your money back.
What do you store about me?+
Your email, your linked TVs, your media source details (encrypted) and your favorites and watch history so they can follow you between TVs. Everything is described in the privacy policy.
